Sanirane BG was founded with one mission: to make the renovation process straightforward and accessible for every owner.
Sanirane BG is a consultancy specialising in the technical surveying of buildings, the issuing of technical passports (технически паспорт) and energy efficiency audits. We are not a construction company — we are the expert team that prepares the documentation required to take part in the national building renovation programme.
We work with qualified experts and licensed partners so that every required survey and document is fully covered.
An architect with 15 years of experience in investment design, with numerous completed energy efficiency surveys and projects in Yambol, Varna and the surrounding region.
A designer with 40 years of experience in investment design and urban planning. He has held the post of chief architect in several municipalities in south-eastern Bulgaria.
