If architectural drawings of the building are available, the price is 0.25 €/m² lower. The price is final and covers everything in the package. VAT is not charged and is not due — Sanirane BG is not registered under the Bulgarian VAT Act (ЗДДС). The services cannot be ordered separately.
The reference price under the national building renovation programme is 4.00 EUR/m² excluding VAT — that is the programme's own figure, not our price. Our price for the full package of documents is from 2.59 to 4.00 EUR/m² depending on the building's gross built-up area (РЗП) — final, with no VAT added.
